For Group Policy Editor:

• Just put “gpedit.msc” into the search box and press ‘Enter’ if you’re running one of them.

• Get to the “Windows Components” menu, then go to “User Configuration”, “Administrative Templates”, and “Windows Copilot”.

• Select “Enabled” after double-clicking the policy named “Turn off Windows Copilot”.
• Select “OK” after clicking “Apply”.

• Put the modification into effect by restarting your computer.

For Registry Editor:

• Just put “regedit” into the search field and click ‘Enter’ to deactivate Copilo

• Go to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsCopilot. 
• This key has to be created if it isn’t already there. Grab the Windows key and right-click on it.
• Then, choose “New” > “Key”.

• Refer to this as “WindowsCopilot”.
• Find the “WindowsCopilot” key, right-click on it, and then choose “New” > “DWORD (32-bit) Value”.

• Given the name TurnOffWindowsCopilot, do it. Simply double-click it and enter “1”.

After that, choose “OK”.

2: Utilize Power Solution Viewer

To access the managed solutions of your agent-facing copilot solution, go to the “Power Apps solution viewer” and click on the “Managed” tab.

Several options related to the copilot are shown to you. One thing to keep in mind is that unpublished updates and changes to the agent-facing copilot lead to layers that cannot be maintained. Before erasing the solution, remove the unmanaged layers.

• On the command bar, click “Delete”. Review and approve the deletion. Processes of deletion are complete in a matter of minutes. Remove, one by one, all of the copilot’s answers linked to their knowledge sources.

• To activate Service Copilot and Agent Copilot Base, you must first select and then remove the ‘Base components’. After you remove them, your copilot will no longer be an issue. Returning to Copilot for Service will allow you to create a fresh copilot that will interact with agents.

3: Hide it from the Taskbar

You may deactivate Copilot by hiding it from the taskbar, which is the simplest method to enable it. In order to do this, right-click on the icon that represents Copilot on the taskbar and deactivate the option that says “Show Copilot button”. 4: Remove ViveTool’s Copilot Feature on Windows 11

• Visit the “GitHub” website.
• To deactivate the Copilot, download the “ViVeTool-v0.3.3.zip” file.

• To open the zip folder in File Explorer, just double-click on it.
• Pick “Extract all” and then click “OK”.
• Save the directory’s address in a copy.
• Launch the program.
• Find “Command Prompt” in the search results, right-click on the first result, and choose “Run as administrator”.
• Press ‘Enter’ after entering the following command to open the ViveTools folder.
