If Windows 11 shows the wrong time zone or does not update it automatically, location settings, Windows services, or synchronization can be responsible.
Method 1: Turn on automatic time zone
Open Settings > Time & language > Date & time. Turn on Set time zone automatically if the option is available.
Method 2: Check location services
Open Settings > Privacy & security > Location and make sure location services are enabled if you want Windows to determine your time zone automatically.
Method 3: Sync the clock
In Settings > Time & language > Date & time, select Sync now.
Method 4: Restart Windows Time
Press Windows + R, enter services.msc, find Windows Time, and restart the service.
Method 5: Restart the PC
